This year a total 30,96,075 students appeared at PSC and Ebtedayee examination. Last year the total number of the candidates was 32,30,288. The number of PSC candidates is 28 Lakhs 04 thousand and 509 where the number Ebtedayee Exam candidates is 2 Lakhs 91 thousand and 556. Total number of boys student is 14 Lakhs 53 thousand and 137 and total number of girls student is16 Lakhs 42 thousand and 938.

Directorate of Primary Education has not fixed the exact date to publish PSC Result yet. Like previous years PSC and Ebtedayee result will be published in the last week of December 2017.
At first the director of Directorate of Primary Education will hand over the result sheet to the Prime Minister. Then he will announce the summary of the result including division wise pass rate through press briefing. After that result sheet will be sent to the respective institutions. PSC Result 2017 will be found at the official website- www.dpe.gov.bd at 2:00 pm.

PSC Scholarship Result 2017
This year Directorate of Primary Education will give PSC scholarship to 82,500 candidates. 33,000 students will be given Talent pool Scholarship and 49,500 students will be given General Grade Scholarship.
